If you have purchased a complete signage kit, from Mvix, it includes LED flat panel commercial display(s). Philips manufactures these commercial displays. So, all display panel troubleshooting, DOA and warranty repairs and replacements come from Philips directly. It makes the most sense to contact Philips directly for support regarding the hardware as we do not manufacture displays in-house. We are happy to assist you with any of your software needs, or hardware needs relating to our devices.
Phillips Support can be reached at 1-800-224-7788, during the hours of 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. EST Monday – Friday. A case number will be provided to you by Phillips. Phillips will then assign a service center to you, and will contact you to schedule the repair of your commercial displays.

- Location of Unit
- Purchase Date
- Description of Problem
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
Note: any wall mounted displays will need to be dismounted before the arrival of the technician. Phillips will in most cases have a appointment for repair within 5-7 business days on their commercial displays.
