Are you looking to request training? Our goal at Mvix is to provide proper training in our cloud-based digital signage software, MVix CMS, especially to new clients. If you are a new client, we offer personalized training to help you get started with your new digital signage implementation. We will teach you how to use new features and content-scheduling techniques to get your content showing on your screens successfully and efficiently.
With this training, every business will get the most out of our Mvix software to share content to your screen.
Personalized Training
We offer personalized training to our customers through two options: phone and web presentation. The personalized training session includes a 1-hr guided tour of our Mvix CMS software, along with an interactive Q&A (time permitting). With this training, we offer unlimited attendees from your team per session to attend and can tailor our training to your digital signage needs. This training will not only provide a comprehensive understanding of the entire software, but can also help to answer specific questions regarding your project.

Clients will be emailed to schedule the training sessions by our training consultant and will be invoiced for all training sessions. As we are based in Virginia, training will be provided on US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
On the training day, the consultant will email you a webinar link – through which he/she can share the screen and walk you through the entire software in real-time. The consultant will call you at the scheduled time at the phone number on file for an interactive training session. Typically, one to two hours of the training session is sufficient for most users. However, you can choose to sign up for as many hours of training as you desire.
Clients will be emailed to schedule the training sessions by our training consultant and will be invoiced for all training sessions.

Cost of Training
If you are interested in training, the cost and number of training differ for each tier of support:
For Standard Support clients, personalized training is $99. For Express Support clients, one free training session is included in your support package.
Lastly, for Signature Care clients who want to keep their employees and staff up-to-date with Mvix CMS throughout the year, personalized training is unlimited. If you are onboarding new employees consistently throughout the year to manage your digital signage, we suggest the investment in Signature Care support.
