In most cases, Mvix will ship all orders within 24-48 hours and you will receive a shipping confirmation for your order. In the shipping confirmation is an email that contains your shipping information as well as a tracking number.
Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are shipped via Standard Shipping services. As soon as the package is ready for carrier pickup, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the email address on the order.
If you cannot find your e-mail shipping confirmation, please check your deleted e-mail box or your spam mail folder. Anti-spam filters are the most common reason for missing e-mail confirmations. Kindly set your email filters to allow emails from www.mvix.com.
This shipping confirmation email contains the following information:
- Package Tracking No. (DHL / FEDEX / UPS or USPS)
- Shipping Date
- Destination Address
- Shipping Carrier Information
You can use this Order Tracking Number to track your order 24 hours after the order gets shipped. Please note that it may take about 24 hours for the shipping carriers to update the tracking system.
