As our client success team configures a new account for each client, we initiate multi-layers of quality assurance and testing with the universal goal of delivering unmatched experience as you get started with using the system.
When you first sign-in to your Mvix CMS Account, you may notice some sample content already uploaded in your media library. This sample media is uploaded to your library by our Client Success Team during the account configuration process. The team configures each account – individually and uniquely, based on the usage requirements. Each account is setup to ensure content playback is smooth and the digital signage player is ready-to-use on delivery.
We use these sample media, sample playlists and schedules to test device playback, network connectivity, server-communication reliability and reporting features. Furthermore, this media helps guarantee that valid media types will successfully play on the device and, in some cases, will be used for troubleshooting as the need arises.
The sample media is retained in the new account to ensure that the device exhibits reliable playback upon installation at the location.
Implementation of this rigorous quality assurance processes aimed at delivering a state-of-the art user experience is at the heart of Mvix solutions.
