When placing an order via our Mvix Store, you’ll be able to add your billing and shipping address.
Placing an order (over the phone) with a Solutions Consultant
Please let your Solutions Consultant (SC) know asap that you would like to ship to a different address other than the billing address. They will be happy to accommodate your request. Please provide the full ATTN, address, and phone number to ensure your order is shipped to the correct location.
If you are a partner, would like to send the purchase as a gift, or have us dropship and the shipping address is not registered with your credit card company. Please call us 866.310.4923 to speak to a Solutions Consultant before placing an order and we’ll be happy to assist.
All orders with an unconfirmed shipping address will be put ON-HOLD until verified. Or, subsequently CANCELLED if no action is taken within 7 business days.
Please note that Mvix (USA), Inc. performs additional verification for orders placed with different shipping and billing addresses. All orders with different shipping and billing addresses are required to complete the Mvix Credit Card Verification Form
