How to Add Button Media
- Hover over the “MEDIA” tab and click “ADD MEDIA”.
- Click on the “KIOSKS” category.
- Choose the theme you prefer.
- Type what you want your button to say in the ”Label” field.
- There are also advanced options for each theme under the “Custom” listing, allowing for further customization, such as shape, color, font, and click effect.
- Once it is designed, name it and click “SAVE MEDIA”.
How to use Button Media
- Once you have added a button to your account, you will need to add it to a template.
- To begin, hover over the “Templates” module and select “Create Template”.
- Select (1) “Create Your Own Layout”
Tips & Tricks: We recommend setting up the main layout of the template first before adding the buttons in.
- Click (2) “Add A Zone”
- On the zone you would like to change to a button, click the (3) paperclip to tie media to the zone.
- (4) Select the button you would like to add then click (5) “Save”
- To convert the button into touch content, select the (6) pointer icon.
- On the new popup window, you will need to (6) select the media or playlist that plays when the button is clicked. Once you’ve made your selection, click the media or playlist to attach it to the button.
- You can also (8) adjust settings of the button from the additional options section.
- Once you are satisfied with the setup, click (9) “Save” to finish attaching the media.
- Once the media is attached to the button, we recommend resizing to fit your current layout.
- If the zone is small, (10) all options will be hidden at the bottom-right of the zone. Click on the lines to bring up the edit options.
- Once you are satisfied with the setup, (11) click preview to test the button functionality.
- Lastly, click (12) “Save Template” to adjust the name and save it to your Template Library.
Once these Templates are added to your Touch player, they will be fully interactive and can be tested in the Template Preview at any time by clicking the button.
