How does the Lifetime Warranty Work?
If an Mvix signage device, covered under the Signature Care program, fails due to a manufacturing and technical defect, we will repair the product. In fact, without any charge to you. Furthermore, we will replace it or refund it at our discretion. This policy only covers original, unaltered, and unmodified devices and hardware. At the present time, this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, it does not cover the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty is available for the lifetime of these products.
