- If this is your first time logging in, you’ll need to authenticate OneDrive through Mvix CMS. (3) Click the “Connect to OneDrive button to be log into your OneDrive account.
- Once you (4) input your username & password, you’ll be brought to a permissions screen. Be sure to read the requested permissions then (5) click “Accept” if you are ready to proceed.
- If you can see the below screen, your Mvix CMS & OneDrive Accounts are connected and will be able to transfer files.
Uploading Media From OneDrive
- You will now see a (6) module showcasing your current folders/files in OneDrive.
- Simply (7) check the files you would like to upload, then (8) click the “Select <Number>” button at the bottom.
- After that, you will need to (9) upload the files to the Mvix CMS.
- Lastly, (10) select a Name/Title for the files, then (11) click “Save Media” to add them to the media library.
From here, you will be able to utilize your files for playlists, templates, or published directly to your displays. Please note that there are some limitations on the files you will be able to upload. These restrictions include a maximum file size of 1GB as well as certain file formats that are supported on Mvix CMS.
