Typical hours are Monday-Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM

What You Need for this Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred

• 7 + years experience within information technology

• 7 + years of staff management experience

• Experience in handling customer/client escalations

• Excellent interpersonal, management and leadership skills

• Experience with internal and external conflict resolution

• Past performance recommending strategies, policies, and procedures

• Strong people skills

• Patience, compassion and empathy

• Time managements skills

• Effective and Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Able to lead by example

• Must be a “hands on” supervisor, who can communicate with managements and clients

• Ability to perform other related responsibilities as assigned

• Self-learners thrive at our company

You are an Ideal Candidate if you have these Qualities:

• Have passion for customer satisfaction

• Have led teams in customer facing roles

• Have significant experience with Linux (Ubuntu preferred) and BASH scripting

• Experience with embedded systems

• Fundamental knowledge of HTML / PHP / MYSQL / JAVA or any other languages

• Critical thinking

• Creative thinking

• Above all, have the desire to lead, learn the culture, grow and develop the team
