If you would like to confirm when your digital signage player last rebooted, the Mvix CMS let’s you view that via the device library. This feature is useful for clients who might not reboot often, or would like to confirm if a reboot has processed.
Access The Device Library
The first step is to access your device library. This can be found by (1) hovering over “Devices” on the navigation bar then (2) clicking “Device Library”.
From the device library screen, there should be a (3) column labeled “Last Reboot”. This will identify the date and time of the last reboot.
If you do not have the column enabled, (4) click the three dots to the top right of the module. This will show you all available columns.
Find the “Last Reboot” option and (5) click to toggle it on.
Note: You can only have 8 columns active at a time. You may need to disable one of the other columns first before activating “Last Reboot”.
You can also confirm the last reboot time by (6) activating “Grid View”. This will change the layout of the module and will (7) list the last reboot in the 2nd row.
