
Phillips Support can be reached at 1-877-835-1838, during the hours of 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. EST Monday – Friday. A case number will be provided to you by Phillips. Phillips will then assign a service center to you, and will contact you to schedule the repair of your commercial displays.

- Model Number
- Serial Number
- Location of Unit
- Purchase Date
- Description of Problem
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
Note: any wall mounted displays will need to be dismounted before the arrival of the technician. Phillips will in most cases have a appointment for repair within 5-7 business days on their commercial displays.
