For enterprise-level accounts, being able to properly track user activity across the organization is critical. With Account Logging, account administrators will be able to view all changes made by users and even restore deleted media.
Important Notes: Only data in the media library that have been deleted within the last 30 days can be restored. This means that any playlists or schedules you’ve deleted will show in this report but will not be able to be restored. The timeline for recorded actions only contains the past year’s data.
What You’ll Need

- (4) Action: This will inform you what action was taken to the media.
- (5) Date: The exact day and time the action was made is listed here.
- (6) User: What user did the action listed.
- (7) These arrows let you go between the pages and are located here or at the bottom of the menu.
- (8) List View: This is the view shown above that gives a list of all actions taken.
- (9) Timeline View: If you’d like to see the actions in a timeline, this view adjusts to show by the date starting from the most recent change.
- (10) Filter: From here, you filter based on the time, type, title, action, or user.
- (11) You can control what columns show here.
- (12) If a media can be restored, these three dots will be highlighted. Hover over this and click “Restore” to recover the media back to your media library.
